Each meeting includes participant introductions in a roundtable format using positioning statements that are under development, a learning experience centered around one of each of the steps from the facilitators’ book “A Road Map To Re-Employment – 12 Steps To A Successful Career Transition” and accountability reporting of prior week’s job search activity. Other benefits include periodic guest speakers that provide valuable insight into the current job market and, of course, the opportunity to network with other job seekers.
